Crystle Stewart's “Funny” Nose Job Sparks Plastic Surgery Accusations

You might know Crystle Stewart, a Houston native, for her rise to fame as Miss Texas USA and Miss USA in 2008. She then went on to represent the U.S. in Miss Universe, where she reached the top 10. This talented beauty later transitioned into acting and starred as Leslie Morris in Tyler Perry’s ‘For Better or Worse’ from 2011 to 2017.

On a personal front, Stewart tied the knot with Belgian model Max Sebrechts in August 2014 after a dreamy proposal that could be mistaken for a Hollywood movie. The couple shares two kids. They welcomed their first child, daughter Anne-Jolie in 2017. Three years later, their son Max Jr. was born.

Currently, Crystle Stewart stars as Mallory in the Netflix drama series ‘Beauty in Black,’ where she is being praised for her performance. Viewers can’t help but be amazed by how “stunning” and “drop-dead gorgeous” she looks. However, this has also brought curiosity about her supposed plastic surgery, especially her “funny-looking nose.”

Crystle Stewart’s nose job first became a topic of discussion around 2013 when she was a leading cast member on Tyler Perry’s spin-off sitcom ‘For Better or Worse.’ On several forums, fans talked about her nose looking weird and many were convinced she had rhinoplasty.

One user at the time said,

She is pretty but DAMN that nose job looks terrible. She looked so much better before.

Another, who was clearly not a fan of her show, added:

Watched this lame show for the first time today. First thing I noticed was how unnatural her nose looked. Really a shame and I don’t even know what her nose looked like before.

While many admire how perfect Crystle Stewart looks, thanks to her gorgeous hair and enchanting eyes, with some even calling her “Black Barbie,” others can’t help but notice her “new nose” that throws them for a loop. The main criticism was that her new nose looked all chopped and screwed following evident surgical enhancements.

Some fans have tried to claim her nose always looked the same, but they were clutching at straws because there were clear noticeable changes that could have only been possible via rhinoplasty. If you look at her older pictures, especially around her Miss USA 2008 victory, Crystle Stewart had a much meatier nose, and she seems to have tried to contour it as much as possible in the years that followed.

One fan who had a keen eye for plastic surgery claimed:

Her eyes are wide set and her Ms USA nose is altered, so it seems she’s had at least two nose jobs.

Over on Twitter, a couple of fans couldn’t be more convinced that she had rhinoplasty.

More recently, following her portrayal of Mallory on ‘Beauty in Black’ on Netflix, one fan noted: “Her makeup on her nose is quite a spectacle.” Another replied, “lol I thought I was the only one that was annoyed by her nose contour.” The third was more critical of the makeup team, writing: “Whoever did Crystle Stewart’s make up in #blackinbeauty still has a lot of work to do perfecting their skills. A lot!!!”

Besides rhinoplasty, the 43-year-old has also had her teeth done, although most of the online community is big fans of her veneers since it genuinely enhanced her appearance.

‘Beauty in Black’ Season 1 starring Crystle Stewart is streaming on Netflix.
