Ashley Parham’s lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs is a legal firestorm that has escalated with an amended complaint naming new defendants and adding gruesome allegations. Initially filed in October 2024, the lawsuit accused Combs of a brutal g*ng r*pe in Orinda, California, on March 23, 2018.
The amended complaint, filed on March 7, 2025, expands the list of accused to include NFL star Odell Beckham Jr., comedian Druski (real name Drew Desbordes), and singer Jaguar Wright, among others. Parham alleges that these men were part of Combs’ entourage and participated in a violent s*xual assault, supposedly orchestrated as retaliation after she made comments linking Combs to the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.

According to Parham, the chain of events began when she met a man named Shane Pearce at a bar in February 2018. During their interaction, Pearce initiated a FaceTime call with Combs. During the call, Parham expressed her belief that Combs was involved in Tupac’s murder. She claims that this remark led to Pearce “setting her up” for an attack the following month. Parham alleges that on March 23, 2018, she was invited to Pearce’s apartment in Orinda under the pretense of helping him with medication. Once inside, she claims the door was left unlocked, allowing Combs and others to enter and s*xually assault her.
Ashley Parham’s allegations are disturbing. She accuses Druski of pouring lubricant on her body and jumping on top of her, describing the act as him treating her like a “slip and slide.” She further claims that Combs sat nearby, recording the assault while m*sturbating. Beckham, referred to as “Cornelius” in the complaint, was also allegedly involved, taking turns assaulting her alongside Pearce. Parham states that after the attack, Combs made a chilling remark: “Why haven’t we ever partied like this before?” She says she became enraged and refused a bribe from him, insisting, “You r*ped me. I’m not gonna stay silent on this.”
The lawsuit further alleges that after the assault, a man identified as “Big Homie CC” showed Parham footage of her sister’s home, attempting to intimidate her into silence. She claims Combs called his mother, Janice Combs, during this confrontation, and Janice, unfazed by her cries of r*pe, told her to “take the money and shut up.”
A dispute reportedly broke out between Diddy and Big Homie CC over the incident, with Combs allegedly boasting that he had gotten away with worse crimes, again referencing Tupac. Parham states that at this point, a gun was drawn, and in the ensuing chaos, she grabbed a knife and slashed Combs, grazing his abdomen. Shots were then allegedly fired in her direction as she fled.
Ashley Parham says she ran to a nearby house, where a neighbor called the police. However, she claims that shortly after, a man posing as a Contra Costa County Sheriff arrived and handed the neighbor an envelope, which she assumes contained hush money. Despite this, Parham insists that an official police report was filed on March 23, 2018. She later sought medical treatment, including a r*pe kit and X-rays, but initially chose not to name Combs in her reports to authorities.
In July 2024, amid mounting lawsuits against Combs, Parham attempted to amend her complaint with law enforcement, but she says her efforts were ignored aside from a single callback from a detective.

The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office has since stated that the allegations against Combs were deemed “unfounded” after an investigation. Combs’ legal team has dismissed Parham’s claims, stating, “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story.” They argue that the lawsuit is a desperate attempt to ride the wave of legal troubles surrounding the embattled music mogul. Combs is currently facing a slew of other allegations, including federal charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and forced labor, for which he has pleaded not guilty. His federal trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
Druski and Beckham have both vehemently denied the accusations. Druski took to social media, calling the lawsuit “a fabricated lie” and pointing out that in 2018, he was “broke, living with my mom,” with no connection to the entertainment industry. Beckham echoed his sentiment, posting, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. That name will be cleared.”
Ashley Parham’s lawsuit has fueled an already intense legal and public relations battle for Diddy. His defense team has accused her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, of defamation in a separate lawsuit. The legal fight is set to play out in court, where Combs’ team insists the allegations will be exposed as false. Meanwhile, Parham maintains that she is seeking justice, refusing to be silenced by money or intimidation.
